勃林格殷格翰

勃林格殷格翰創(chuàng)立于1885年。公司總部位于德國殷格翰，目前世界上最大的私人擁有制藥集團(tuán)，其業(yè)務(wù)集中于人體用藥和動物保健，被譽(yù)為全球呼吸病專家。公司總部位于德國殷格翰市,在全球60多個國家擁有有140個分支機(jī)構(gòu)和三萬多名員工。

  公司為中國畜牧業(yè)的需求，2008年在中國上海投資4860萬美元設(shè)立分公司并投建GMP車間，公司運(yùn)用世界上先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和自動化控制工藝流程，不斷追求符合FDA等世界性高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的GMP管理能力。為使獸藥產(chǎn)品能夠迅速推進(jìn)中國市場，公司與上海華易動物保健品有限公司獸藥廠合作，生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品包括；水針制品、生物制劑，高含量復(fù)方制劑和高品質(zhì)的制藥原料共四大類。

勃林格中國歷程：
1994年勃林格殷格翰以辦事處的形式進(jìn)入中國
1995年勃林格殷格翰國際貿(mào)易（上海）有限公司在外高橋注冊成立
1998年公司進(jìn)駐上海張江“藥谷”，與上海信誼藥業(yè)有限公司合資成立上海勃林格殷格翰藥業(yè)有限公司。
2002年公司位于上海張江高科技園區(qū)的工廠正式落成。
2003年勃林格殷格翰動物保健業(yè)務(wù)在中國正式展開。
2005年開始自主保健品業(yè)務(wù)。
2007年勃林格殷格翰回購合資公司中方股份獲批準(zhǔn)，公司變更為外商獨(dú)資企業(yè)。
2008年與國藥控股簽訂新的經(jīng)銷協(xié)議。
2008年勃林格殷格翰（上海）動物保健品有限公司注冊成立。
2009年公司與上海華易動物保健品有限公司簽訂長期合作協(xié)議。
2009年榮獲“浦東新區(qū)社會責(zé)任達(dá)標(biāo)企業(yè)”。
